Good Morning Deb & BOTT Family,
Well, here I am again today..always a positive sign...LOL!
Yesterday, I turned off the television and found a new inner strength! The music was bumping and I was pumping....as I made several trips up and down to my 3rd floor which caused my pets to give up on following me and laid down deciding to watch me run up and the steps aimlessly on my own personal mission. I have set some New Personal Goals! I have 43 Days! My 1st goal: is I hope to lose 10lbs. by March 4th which is my girlfriends Photo Shoot Party...that is in 18 days! My 2nd goal: is I hope to lose an additional 15lbs. by March 29th which is my 62nd Birthday. Am I am stretching it...yes. Is it doable...DEFINITELY!!!
Since I am not working today my plan is....
EM - Chocolate Protein Shake
B - French Toast (low calorie wheat bread w/1 egg, 1 splenda)
Smucker's Sugar Free Syrup
1 slice turkey bacon
S - 4oz Apple slices
L - 4oz. Tuna salad w/Field greens, tomato cucumber & LF Italian dressing
D - 4oz Cajun Catfish w/green beans
S - Apple slices w/ peanut butter / Protein Shake
Calories 1,171 Carbs 85g Fat 49g Protein 102g
Exercise plan... Elliptical Bike - 15 mins (warm-up)
Weight & strength training - Total Fitness Gym 20 mins
Cardio Dance 30 mins
Treadmill - 2.5mph - 60mins

Snack: sf/ff cheesecake, Greek yogurt
Lunch: veggie soup, tomato, sandwich thin 3 strips bacon
Snack: sf/ff cheesecake, protein bar
Dinner: pita bread, tomato sauce, mozerella cheese, veggie soup
Snack: brat and bun, veggie soup
Not a very good day again. I wish I could get the hunger under control.
