There Going Slowly
My first goal this year was to have 15 off by Feb. 15. I am at 14.5 gone as today. I believe I will make my first goal. So proud of myself. I am doing it, me, if I can do it anyone can. I was prob. eating 2500 + calories a day (sliders, junk, drinking with meals, etc.) I by my choice am eating right at 1000 calories.a day. All good stuff. Drinking about 90 oz water. Actually doing a walk a mile video exercise. Me I hate to exercise but I can handle the walking thing.
