My first goal this year was to have 15 off by Feb. 15. I am at 14.5 gone as today. I believe I will make my first goal. So proud of myself. I am doing it, me, if I can do it anyone can. I was prob. eating 2500 + calories a day (sliders, junk, drinking with meals, etc.) I by my choice am eating right at 1000 calories.a day. All good stuff. Drinking about 90 oz water. Actually doing a walk a mile video exercise. Me I hate to exercise but I can handle the walking thing.

Congratulations!!!  It took me almost 10 years to realize that exercise helps with weightloss.  Keep up the good work!

Congrats on 1st goal met this year!  Are you doing Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds?  I love her!  I have a lot of her dvd's!  1,2,3, and 4 miles.  I gave away the 5 mile I had was too much and I have not did any of the 4 mile ones in a while either.
