Good morning!
I'll be hitting the gym later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - l.c. toast w/TJ's peanut butter
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese 1/2 sandwich
Dinner - pork chop w/veggies
Snack - l.c. pumpkin dessert

 The day is almost gone, but I'm going to post my meal and be accountable for today...

EM - 20oz Decaf Coffee
B -    2 slices of Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach PepperJack Cheese Omelet
L -    4.5oz Tuna w/tossed field greens & LF Italian dressing
S -    Jalepeno Pretzels
D -    4oz. Grilled Cajun Catfish
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake
         1/2 apple

Calories  963 Carbs 52g  Fat 38g  Protein 101g

Breakfast: Eggbeater muffin
Snack: Greek yogurt and orange
Lunch: baked Tostatos and mozerella cheese, spinach salad
Snack: veggie soup, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt
Dinner: veggie soup, tilapia and mashed potatoes
Snack: pretzles and sf cocoa
