Stuck in the house waiting for the comcast people to come and set up my stuff.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Lunch - click
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert

L: Meatloaf + salad
S: Popcorn
D: Meatloaf + veggies
S: Scone

Snack:veggie soup shrimp and orange
Lunch:veggie soup, brown rice, spaghetti sauce and mozerella cheese
Snack:Greek yogurt and veggie soup
Snack: McDonalds cheeseburger
Dinner  shrimp, brown rice, spinach
Snack:veggie soup,cocoa, Greek yogurt
