At least this week is moving faster.  I plan on getting to the gym this afternoon.  My meals for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - soup
Snack - fage
Dinner - pot roast w/roasted veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert

B: peanut butter on whole wheat bread
S: Greek yogurt
L: BLT on whole wheat toast with fat free mayo
S: Freetos and toco beef
D: tilapia, shrimp and tomato
S: apple, 2 walnuts and Greek yogurt
S: whole wheat bread, 1 oz turkey, 1 sl fat free cheese
