Sounds good.
For some reason I'm afraid to try greek yogert. I did try one dannon blueberry (high carb) and didn't like the texture, I love gyros & sauce so I can see using it like sour cream, but I'm scared. How do you use it?
OK I'll try to plan ahead.

Hi Pup!
I absolutely LOVE Fage yogurt!!! I eat it twice a day and have for the past 2 years. In the morning I'll have it with a tbsp. of brown sugar splenda and sometimes with Kashi go Lean. In the evening, it's with a sugar-free syrup. I also use it in dips. I used to travel far and wide until Trader Joe's came to the neighborhood. Now, everyone carries it! You need to experiment with it to suit your taste. OK, enough of my love of yogurt!
