Good morning!
Uggg, more snow!  I'm ready for spring!  Today's food plan:
Breakfast - eggs w/TJ's sprouted rye toast
Lunch - ham, cheese, red pepper rolls
Dinner - bbq ribs, 1/2 baked pot., salad
Snack - pumpkin dessert

S: pudge free brownie - it's the superbowl after all! :) 

Exercise - something for at least 30 mins!

Better late than never- I'm not good at planning my meals

L-beef sticks and sliced cheese
D-  1/2 Bacon/cheddar/swiss stuffed chicken breast  (18g pro 1.5 carb 130 calories)- w/ broccoli.

I am soooooo ready for spring.  We don't know where to go with the snow anymore. 

Breakfast: eggbeater muffin
snack: blueberry waffle
Lunch: tuna, carrots and a whole wheat bun
snack: Sam's samples, greek yogurt and veggies
Dinner: 1/2 c chili, toco, veggies
Snack: salad with cheese and orange
