Good morning!
I'm prepping for tomorrow's game.  Today's food plan:
Breakfast - egg w/sprouted toast
Lunch - ham, cheese and roasted red pepper rolls
Dinner - chicken breast w/veggies
Snack - fage

Breakfast: egg, diet banana muffin
Snack: Eggbeater, spinach and tomato omelet: Greek yogurt
Lunch: Tuna, orange, veggie soup
Snack: Egg, Greek yogurt, veggie soup, NSA cocoa
Dinner: diet lasagna
Snack: diet chili, apple, NSA cocoa
