Happy Friday!
What a week, soooo glad that it's over! I've been really struggling with my eating lately. Hopefully, now that I can get out today, I'll get things under control. My food for today:
Breakfast - fage
Snack - click!
Lunch - chili
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - chicken w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage

Morning! Deb, you can do it! I've been snowed in for a few days and it's been really hard but I'm trying.
On today's menu
B: Yogurt + strawberries
L: Chicken and veggies + grapes
S: Protein bar
D: Chicken + something
S: Probably some popcorn
Exercise: Trying Zumba for the first time, excited but also a bit anxious - I don't want to make a fool of myself LOL I'll let you know how it goes when I log tomorrow.
Let's do this...the time is now. :)

Zumba was a lot of fun! Pretty challenging but for an hour long workout it went by so quickly. I was also feeling the need to change things up and I think this will be a good way to shake it up once a week. There are some intro videos on YouTube if you want to check out what the workout is like. I have no coordination and still got a great workout. Let me know how it goes if you try it!

I have done Zumba and it is a lot of fun. I don't feel like I am working out...just dancing. Maybe I will do that again this year because it is included with my healthclub fees...

Lunch: Egg, veggie soup, orange
Snack: Greek yogurt, chicken
Dinner: Diet lasagna, croutons (oops-holiday leftover)
