Good morning!
Well, the blizzard has past and now we're dealing with intense cold and windy temps.  Right now it's 7 degrees with a wind chill of 15 below!  I am really in need of getting out of this house!
Todays food:
Breakfast - egg w/sprouted bread and ham slices
Snack - fage
Lunch - chili w/cheese and fage
Dinner - meatballs with baked ricotta
Snack - fage

Hi ladies,

I haven't posted in a while as I totally lost my back on track mo-jo over the holidays but I'm back and committed to posting as often as possible.

On today's menu:

B: Egg w/mushroom and cheese
S: Luna protein bar
L: Light frozen entree + grapes
S: Cheese + olives
D: Light buffalo chicken mac and cheese
S: Maybe some popcorn during a movie :D

Exercise: Elliptical, resistance band exercises, squats

Breakfast: Strawberry waffle
Snack: Veggie soup, egg, Greek yogurt
Lunch: Veggie soup, tuna, reduced fat Triskets
Snack: Egg, banana, Greek yogurt
Dinner: Diet lasagna
Snack: Egg, veggie soup, orange
