Well, we are officially snowed in!  All of my windows in my family room are under snow, can't see out because of all of the drifting snow!  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs w/TJ's sprouted rye bread
Lunch - chili
Dinner - beef tips w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage w/s.c. caramel
I'm sure that there will be some snacks added in throughout the day.  I promise myself to put them in writing, so I can see exactly how much I've eaten!

Ick Im so sick of winter, I want to be outside!

Breakfast- Protein shake
Lunch- Chicken broth
Dinner- TBD
Snack- Cheese stick


Goal is
 
water water water, and exercise.

L-chicken stroganoff
S-turkey pepperoni and string cheese
d-toasted ravs

I need to get better at protein.

I have been gone for a while because I had facial plastic surgery...I didn't think it would be so rough.  I started back up today.  My goal is to get to 160 lbs. this year.

Breakfast:Eggbeater muffin
Snack: Veggie soup, egg, Greek yogurt
Lunch: Veggie soup, low fat cheese, banana
Snack: Beef, mushrooms, Greek yogurt
Dinner: Beef, veggies, diet banana muffin
Snack: Tomato, fat free cheese, banana, egg

I hope that you're feeling better.  I thought that maybe you got snowed under! 
We have the same goal, together we can do this!

We always took a winter vacation...by hook or by crook!  I had my face worked on this January instead.  What a MISTAKE... SNOW...SNOW...SNOW! 

It helps so much to recieve the encouragement on line from you abd fellow botters.  I know I eat more than most of you but when I stay away from the junk I still can lose weight.  I worked out a plan with my dietitian and find that 100 calories of protein and a carb six times a day keeps me from starving and I still can lose weight.  I don't think I will ever get to 145 lbs. like I am supposed to but quite frankly I feel very comfortable at 160 to 165.  That is my goal for the year.  Less than 1 lb. a week is possible for me. 

Together we can all do this...
