Tuesday Cardio/Cafe
O.K., I'm back to posting. Hopefully, more people will join in so I'm not so lonesome! We're going to get hammered with a blizzard today! My cardio will be shoveling... I'll try to throw in a yoga dvd later to work out the muscles that will start to hurt!

Breakfast - Fage w/kashi
Snack (if needed) deviled egg
Lunch - ham, cheese, roasted red pepper rolls
Snack - raw veggies w/fage dip
Dinner - mexican chicken w/veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert
