 I didn't see anything started recently so here it is...

B- whole wheat toast ( I had to take it with some medicine)
L- Homemade chicken and dumplings (Only having 2 dumplings)
S-protein shake
D- same as Lunch

I hope everyone has a great day. I am doing some stretching and toning exercises. I'm still not cleared to workout until the 28th from having the baby. I have went to the gym though and realized that 5 months of bedrest sure has done a toll on me. I have 36lbs to lose and need to be back on track!
