Good afternoon!
I had yoga this morning and have been running ever since!  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Dinner - baked pork chop w/roasted veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert

 Hope all is going well. Vitamins taken but so far no exercising yet today.  Added a little more to my plate today cause I don't want my body to get accustomed to calories under 1000 since it is hard for me to maintain that count.  May do a little cardio tonight.  Take care,
