I can't believe that I'm posting this so late. I've been reading the Beck Diet Solution and have been engrossed in trying to get myself acclimated to it. My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. fage, slice of ham
Lunch - l.c. cheese quesadillia
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert

Still on track!!!! Yea me. Planning for a cruise end of next month so I am really working harder to get myself in gear. I am feeling much better doing things the way I should. Hope all is well with all of you.
