Monday Cafe and Cardio

Hi!
I can't believe that I'm posting this so late.  I've been reading the Beck Diet Solution and have been engrossed in trying to get myself acclimated to it.  My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. fage, slice of ham
Lunch - l.c. cheese quesadillia
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert

Hi Deb,

I've been reading the Cafe and Cardio posts and noticed that you often eat "fage". I'm curious to know what it is. I've never heard of it.

Hi Donna,
Fage yogurt is a thick creamy greek yogurt.  It has a 120 calories, 0 fat and 20 grams of protein.  It can be used as a sweet or savory food.  I can honestly survive on this stuff!  It can be found in most grocery stores, target and costco.  Try it, it's great!

Still on track!!!! Yea me.  Planning for a cruise end of next month so I am really working harder to get myself in gear.  I am feeling much better doing things the way I should.  Hope all is well with all of you.

I haven't been posting for awhile, but I'm back on track yet again - had a derailment in November when my friend's mother passed and we had to take her out of state for burial.  Put on 8 pounds in 6 days and I wasn't even really being that "bad".  I'm down 5 of that and still working on getting back to where I was.  Wish me luck! I'm getting ready to go on vacation for a couple of weeks, but I'm motivated.
