Happy New Year!
Starting off with not making any resolution.  Just setting mini goals through out the year.  My food for today:
Breakfast - fage, bacon
Lunch - turkey and cheese rolls, veggies
Dinner - baked ham, sweet pot., veggie
Snack - pumpkin dessert

Sorry for not checking in yesterday at this site.  I am doing well journaling and even got on the ab lounger.  Planning on this year being my goal year.
