Good morning!
I've got a busy day ahead of me.  I am hoping to get to the gym later today.  My meal plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls, veggies w/dip
Dinner - bbq ribs w/grilled veggies
Snack - pumkin dessert
I hope that everyone has a safe New Year's Eve!

Hi,
Scheduled a big meal for today but may not eat it all.  I followed lapband rules and took my vitamins, drank my water and woo hoo, I did 100 crunches today.  Maybe I will work on the treadmill tomorrow.  Take care and have a wonderful day.
