Good morning!
I plan on hitting the gym later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - fage
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls, veggies w/dip
Dinner - baked pork chop w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Joined BOTT Today!  Decided that I need to start working towards my goal of 150.  Havent been on a scale in about 2 weeks but i'm going to say I am at 175. My lowest was 161. 
Breakfast - Coffee
Lunch - Pack of tuna 80 cal's and 18 grams protein
mayo - 130 cal's
Dinner : Chicken breast, steamed broccoli
Snack : Yogurt
Late night snack : turkey/ cheese roll-up.
