See, this is what happens to me when I don't post early.  I forget to post at all.  My food for today:
Breakfast - protein drink

Dinner - leftover chili w/cheese
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

It's been a while but today was great.  I drank my water, took my vitamins, ate well and am satisfied.  I can get it together again.  Thanks for continuing to post.
