Tuesday Cardio - Cafe

Good morning!
I'll be making a batch of vanilla protein shakes shortly.  This way I can add flavors through out the day.  For Dinner, I plan on a nice bowl of chili.  I'll be working out later at the gym, trying to up my cardio slowly each day.

Taco meat/Lett/sour cream

dinner is a brat

what is your recipe for your shakes??

i need to get more protein in any info would be great

I use different sugar-free syrups in my shakes.  In the vanilla, I'll add eggnog or caramel.  In my chocolate, I'll add PB2, Kaluah or Tiramisu syrups.

This sounds like a great idea! I desperately need to get more protein into my diet but lately I just can't seem to choke down the protein drinks like I did the first year after my surgery. They taste awful to me and I usually end up gagging on them and not finishing them. However, if I add some sf flavoring to them this might help. Where do you get these sugar free syrups?

Hi all,
I'm a day behind but heading in the right direction.  Yes, back again trying to do better.  Got back to drinking my water and taking my vitamins first thing.  Trying to focus on doing right.  Copied one of your examples and made my protein drink adding a little sf flavoring.  Thanks for sharing.  Getting my menu for Wednesday ready.
