I feel like i'm stuck
Hello!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know what to do anymore!!
I had surgery jan 29th 2010
and i'v been jumping between 165-170 the last 3 months!!!!!!
is this normal?!?
I feel like i'm always hungry, i'm a stress eatter and i'v been doing really good at finding stuff to do other then eat...but its like my head makes me go crazy...and tells me i'm hungry all the friken time!!
i dunno............i'm stuck, and confussed...........
Am i doing something wrong?
Is this normal?
Do i just need to eat meat/fish/milk/protein drinks
nothing else??
I feel like all i want to do is cry...

It sounds like "head hunger". I guess my questions are, have you been drinking enough water? What are your meals like? Are you getting enough protein in during your day? Are you exercising. All of these things are needed to get to your goal. What does your dr. or nut. say about your weight loss? It's all about the basics. You can do this!

Don't cry. It has and still happens to us all after the honeymoon is over. It sounds like your honeymoon is over. Not sure how much more weight you want to lose but Debbie summed up all the questions I had. If you are not exercising start. If you are increase minutes each day and intensify your workouts or walks are whatever you are doing. You need to trick you body to jump start it to losing again. You have to do something different. H.2 had some excellent stuff on stalls. Be happy you are not really gaining any weight and just maintaining is good also but if you want to lose more weight really analyze what you are doing.
