Monday Cafe and Cardio
Good morning!
I hope that everyone enjoyed their Christmas. I know that I did, with a few too many cookies! I'll be hitting the gym later this morning. I'll be upping my cardio to make up for some of the extra calories. My food for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - probably another protein drink
Dinner - chicken breast w/veggies
Snack - fage

Hello BOTT Friends,
Glad to know you had a good Christmas Deb. I was sick and spent my Christmas in the hospital and wasn't discharged until the day after, Had the Flu bug an wasn't able to keep anything in me that being said I became terribly dehydrated and weak.
Feeling much better today, but with the snow storm we had I was able to work from home and recup a little more. No exercising but here is my meal plan for today:
B - Protein Shake
L - Turkey Bacon w/Oatmeal
D - liced Turley w/ 2oz mashed potato & garlic spinach
