Tuesday Cardio - Cafe

Good morning!
I had a GREAT day yesterday!  No sampling of any of the baking that I've been doing, which is a lot.  I've managed to use 15 lbs. of flour in the past 3 days!  I'll be working out later at the gym for my cardio.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggnog protein shake
Lunch - turkey and cheese rolls, and a Click coffee
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
