Monday Cafe and Cardio
Good morning!
Well, I got a lot of my baking done this weekend. I ate a few too many cookies, too. No more cookies today! I'll be doing yoga this morning and getting to the gym this afternoon for some extra cardio. My food for today:
Breakfast - fage
Lunch - turkey and cheese rolls w/veggies and dip
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage
I hope that you have a great day!

Hi Jules,
My grocery list is pretty basic. I eat Fage 0% yogurt twice a day, I love the stuff! The meat and cheese rolls are like you said, lunchmeat and cheese. I pre-make the rolls and bag them in snack bags, so I can just grab a bag or two. For my dinner, which is pretty plain, I have my meat and veggies. Once a month, I make a muffin pan full of ricotta and cheese, with some parsley, bake and freeze them for a fast meal. I also make my gravy(sauce) and freeze them in ice cube trays to have a small amount with my "lasagna" muffins.
I usually make a few dozen meatballs and freeze them to have with the muffins.
I try to keep things simple and easy, I hope this helps!
Keep on BOTTing!
