Back On Track Together
December and end of the Year challenge group
It is a middle of the month... please go back to your original posting and think about your goals. have are you doing? do you need to change them?
Think about the whole year 2010.... what have you accomplished? what have you learn?
What new things you want to reach in the next year?
the goals i have are:
long term goals....
yearly goals....
quarterly goals
monthly goals
and . even sometimes - weekly or daily goals (i.e. survive a bad day, make sure I have enough money to pay my bills this week, etc).
Long term goals - are like a beacons in far - far away places... so you know the general direction of where one day you want to be.
short term goals - are every day important tasks - making sure you have enough "gas" for your "engine" to go forward. Like steps - one at a time. It is easier to make one step than see 1000 steps in front of you... and gets discouraged. You can do one step right? Then the next. And the next and before you know it - you are on top of the hill, with a hard road behind you and a beautiful view in front of you. (so we hope)
Some steps are easy, others - not so much. But then nobody said - it is going to be easy.

GOALS for December:
1. Goals is to stick to my calorie intake for the day and eat cleanly most days. Not doing well on this front at all. Will still work on for the next 2 weeks.
2. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water each day. Doing very good!
3. Lose at least 10 lbs. (Dec SW 369, CW 368, GW 359) Maintaining so far.
4. Exercise 360 min a week. Last week not able to do 360 and same is probably going to be true this week also. I have managed to exercise everyday except one. So this I am proud of also. The exercise is helping me to maintain.
NSV AND SV for 2010:
1. I have not gained any more weight this year--SW 388
2. I was able to get into some of the clothes that were too tight for me even though I have not lost that much weight.
I am still struggling with my grazing. This will really be my biggest issue and challenge. If I can get my grazing under control I will drop this weight. I have to find a way to get grazing under control. I am doing OK on this front also. M-F I am very mindful of grazing and working on night time eating also.
