Thursday - Cafe and Cardio
Good morning!
I've had a rough few days. Hopefully, things will get back to normal today. I'll be working out later this afternoon. My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - cheese quesadillia
Dinner - baked ricotta w/meatballs
Snack - fage w/s.f. honey

I'm glad to see you're still here faithful and true to the site. I have been lurking but promise to start posting again.
I've been slippin' and slidin' and not really staying on track, but I'm finding that since I need all the support I can get...I need to be here as well.
