Thursday - Cafe and Cardio

Good morning!
I've had a rough few days.  Hopefully, things will get back to normal today.  I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - cheese quesadillia
Dinner - baked ricotta w/meatballs
Snack - fage w/s.f. honey

Hi Deb,

I'm glad to see you're still here faithful and true to the site.  I have been lurking but promise to start posting again.

I've been slippin' and slidin' and not really staying on track, but I'm finding that since I need all the support I can get...I need to be here as well.

Getting my focus back together.

 Yum! Baked ricotta with meatballs! Do you have a good recipe?

Hi Lesley,
I use a lb. of ricotta, egg, fresh parsley, mozzarella and parm. cheese.  Bake in ramkin cups for 30 min.  top with my own sauce.  It's a lasagna minus the pasta!
