Tuesday Cardio - Cafe

Good morning!
My back is feeling the intense workout from yesterday.  I plan on doing some yoga this morning and working out later at the gym.  My food for today:
Breakfast - fage, protein drink
Lunch - turkey and cheese rolls
Dinner - stuffed meatballs w/salad
Snack - fage
