Thursday - Cafe and Cardio

Hi!
I have yoga this morning and will be doing my cardio later this afternoon.  My food for today:
Breakfast - fage, 1 slice l.c. toast
Lunch - turkey and cheese rolls, veggies w/dip
Dinner - baked pork chop w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage
