I hope to be at the gym sometime later this morning.  My food plan:
Breakfast - eggbeaters w/1 slice l.c. toast
Lunch - turkey and cheese rolls, veggies w/dip
Dinner - ricotta bake w/meatballs
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
