Tuesday Cardio - Cafe

Good morning!
Hope that everyone is doing well.  I'm working out later this afternoon.  30 min. on treadmill / 15 min. recumb bike and some weight lifting.  My food for today:
Breakfast - eggbeaters w/1 slice l.c. toast
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Dinner - pork chop w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
