Today's plan:
Breakfast: eggbeater sandwich, almonds, yogurt
Snack: pure protein bar
Lunch: turkey sandwich and salad, pudding 
Snack: cheese stick and pear
Dinner: turkey, rutabagas and potato, veggie soup, yogurt and almonds
Snack: eggbeater sandwich

Another lost weekend!  Todays food:
Breakfast - fage w/slice of l.c. toast
Lunch - cheese quesadillia
Dinner - stuffed mexican chicken breast w/veggies
Snack - fage
