Good morning!
I'm kinda feeling blahhh today.  I'm going to try to make it to the gym later this morning.  My food for today:
Breakfast - ricotta
Lunch - ham and cheese roll, veggies w/dip
Dinner - pot roast w/veggies
Snack - fage

Today was my day to run....Milw. is getting snow tomorrow so I will be parking my car in the garage for the next 3 months. I will have time to clean the basement.

Breakfast: oatmeal and protein powder
Snack: yogurt
Lunch: 1 piece pizza but it was large so I counted it as 2 pieces
Snack: cheap soup, 1/4 c almonds, yoplait delight, orange
Dinner: 1/2 stuffed pepper, ff cheese, sandwich thin
Snack: rice and turkey
