December Challenge - end of the 2010 year.

Goals for December 2010
1.  Leave the 200s behind and back into the 190s... 197 would be acceptable by New Years Eve. So 5 pounds before New Years.

2. Step up my workout routines. November I lost 8 pounds just by concentrating on calorie intake and protein. Time to add more workouts. Four times a week would be a good start.

3. Continue my calorie intake of 1000-1300 a day. I'm so proud I've managed to do it for a month!

4. Continue food journaling. Its been an integral part of this process of getting back on track.

My non-scale victory would be seeing an end to my grazing when depressed, lonely, bored, or anxious.

This year I made a giant leap forward just by finally asking for medical help with my chronic depression. Anti-depression meds have been an enormous help to recovery.

Just want to be on record with my December goal and I'll add my 2010 victories later . . .

My Dec goal is to eat only the food I bring from home when I'm at work.  Since there are so many temptations at my office, it's easier if I just say no to everything except what I have planned.  It's Dec 7th and so far so good!

2. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water each day.
3. Lose at least 10 lbs.  (Dec SW 369, CW 368, GW 359)
4. Exercise 360 min a week.

NSV AND SV for 2010:
1. I have not gained any more weight this year--SW 388
2. I was able to get into some of the clothes that were too tight for me even though I have not lost that much weight.

Thanks again for the post!  I am still struggling with my grazing.  This will really be my biggest issue and challenge.  If I can get my grazing under control I will drop this weight.  I have to find a way to get grazing under control.
