Tuesday Cafe and Cardio

Good morning!
I've got yoga this morning and then some running to get done.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - fage
Lunch - ham and cheese roll w/veggies
Dinner - chili w/cheese
Snack - fage

Today I wrote a Christmas play for 6 hours. Then I decorated some more.

Breakfast: eggbeater sandwich
Lunch: chicken sausage, whole-wheat noodle salad, pickle
Snack: cheap soup
Snack: Fiber one and skim milk
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, whole-wheat noodle salad, sf/ff cheesecake

I am trying to stay around 1200 calories but for me it is very difficult! I don't know how you all do it? I am having some facial PS in January and I will have to get on a scale. I haven't been weighed since 2008 because I am so very ashamed that I have failed WLS.
