Wednesday Cardio/Cafe

Happy Wednesday!
I have my 3 GD's today, so I can't workout at the gym.  Running after 2 3yr. olds and a 10 month old should suffice.  My food plan:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs
Lunch - ham and cheese roll, assort. veggies
Dinner - (going out) turkey w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Have fun with the GDs!  That is really a good workout.

Breakfast: turkey pastrami and ff cheese on sandwich thin
Snack: cheap soup and sf ff cheesecake
Lunch: 5 oz pork tenderloin, 1/2 c ww pasta and 2 T light mayo
Snack: cheap soup lf cheese
Dinner: tilapia, spinach/tomato salad, 1/2 c yam with sf syrup
Snack: cheap soup
