Moday Cafe/Cardio
Good morning!
I've just about finished my xmas shoppping. I'll start baking this week. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep up the willpower of not eating between meals. I'll be working out later today. My meals for today:
Breakfast - egg w/1 slice l.c. toast
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - chicken breast w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

I have to decorate today. We decorated the outside yesterday. I really need to get to the gym this afternoon. I ended up with 1100 calories.
Breakfast: eggbeater sandwich
Lunch: turkey, ff gravy and whole wheat pasta
Snack: sf/ff cheesecake
Dinner: turkey, light miracle whip and whole-wheat pasta, pickle
Snack: fiber one bar
