Breakfast: egg beater omelet
Lunch: turkey and fat free gravy over whole-wheat pasta; saffron, white chocolate and almond cheesecake
Snack: 2 Oreo cookies which were unplanned. They slid down before I knew what I was doing! They were as many calories as my delicious cheesecake...oh crap!
Dinner: spinach souffle and saffron cheesecake ( I suffer so...)
Snack: frozen yogurt, banana and walnuts sprinkled with cocoa mix powder.

working towrds a higher protein lifestyle again - I belong to WW and the program changed today and the plan now looks at protein and carbs which has me so excited, so I am hoping this will be a good change for me.
While on the plan this week I plan to focus on protein, tracking, getting all my good healthy guideliens in each day and exercise.
