Saturday Cardio/Cafe
Good morning!
I've finally caught up on my sleep! We're still living on leftovers. I'll be working out later with 30 min on treadmill and 15 min on recumb bike and 15 on elliptical.
My food for today:
Breakfast - eggs and canadian bacon
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Dinner - turkey w/baked sweet pot. and salad
Dessert - pumpkin dessert

Today I ate 1500 calories. 33% protein, 21% fat and 46% carbs.
Breakfast: sandwich thin with lf cheese, a slice of deli chicken and a sliced tomato
Snack: cheap soup
Lunch: turkey, whole-wheat pasta and fat free gravy
Snack: cheap soup and banana
Dinner: grass fed beef, whole wheat pasta and spaghetti sauce
Snack: cheap soup and cocoa
Just me
Breakfast: sandwich thin with lf cheese, a slice of deli chicken and a sliced tomato

Cheap soup:
cook chopped celery in fat free chicken broth flavored with basil and pepper
add a bag of low starch frozen veggies
add canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
add a bag of frozen mixed peppers and onions
It is cheap, easy to make and low calorie.
I am eating it more between meals now because I was hoping that moving it away from meals would make me less hungry. I can't say that happened but it does make a nice snack.
