Good morning!
I hope that everyone had a great day yesterday!  I did really well with my eating, it's  probably the first time that I was really conscious of what I was putting in my mouth!  I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food for today:
Breakfast - 1 egg w/l.c. toast and bacon
Lunch - beef vegetable soup
Dinner - steak and veggies
Dessert - pumpkin dessert
I hope that everyone has a great day!
