Hi!
Sheesh, there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day
lately.  I had my yoga this morning, great workout!  My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 slice l.c. bread w/TJ's peanut butter
Lunch - l.c. cheese quesadillia
Dinner - chicken breast w/roasted veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert

Hi all,

Breakfast, coffee, creamer and splenda
Lunch - Carbwell yogurt, 1 slice of hot pepper cheese, 1 slice of salami and 6 triscuit garlic crackers
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - probably chicken, turnip greens w/turnips.
Snack - peanut butter on graham cracker
Vitamins taken but still need to get in water and exercise.

Today I ended up eating almost 2000 calories again.  I keep telling myself I can make it to my goal weight without a revision but I am beginning to doubt myself.  I could NEVER eat as little as you guys.  Deb, if I would eat a 1/2 slice of bread with a little peanut butter and then go to a yoga class I seriously wouldn't be able to drive home safely.  I wonder if a lap band over my stoma would help me?  Maybe tomorrow will be better?  I would be happy with even just 20 lbs. off if I could maintain. 

Breakfast-egg beater sandwich
Snack- asparagus soup (I cook the middles of asparagus spears in chicken broth.  Then I puree the mixture in the blender.  I add a can of evaporated skim milk to it and season it with pepper and nutmeg.)
Lunch-chicken sausage and yam
Snack-asparagus soup
Snack- baked french fries (I found them in the back of the freezor and lost control!)
Dinner- pork tenderloin and couscous
Snack-nuked apple with walnuts, ff/nsa frozen yogurt and a half banana,
