Monday Cafe and Cardio

Good morning!
It's going to be a busy week!  I've found a lot of low carb for Thanksgiving.  I'm planning on an entire low carb Thanksgiving for myself.  I'm also making a Brunch and Dinner for everyone else on Thursday.  I'll be doing my yoga dvd this morning.  My food plan for today:
Lunch - turkey and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/fage dip
Dinner - meatballs stuffed with ricotta
Snack - pumpkin dessert

Today I was shopping all day.  I logged my food and it is under 1500 calories today.  Too much fat and not enough carb though.  Thanksgiving is ok for me.  I am bringing my own yam because the family yams are full of butter, sugar and pecans.  I just use sugar free maple syrup on a microwaved yam.  Turkey, sf jello, veggies should be ok.  I will make a sugar free and fat free pumpkin cheesecake.  The hard part is not eating candy, chips, white potatoes and all the junk I don't keep in my house.  Just me
