Saturday Cafe/Cardio

I finally made it to the gym this afternoon for my little workout!

Breakfast: slept through (ok because I ate a 4th snack last night)
Snack: cheap soup and chicken sausage
Lunch: tuna, celery and pickle salad
Snack cheap soup
dinner: turkey, brown rice, asparagus.
Snack: cheap soup, spinach and tomato salad
Snack: turkey, brown rice, asparagus and hot cocoa
Today was around 1300 calories 25% fat,37% protein and 38% carbs.

Good afternoon!
Funny, we posted with 2 minutes of each other.  I almost forgot to post today.  I'm doing a great job of trying to keep my mind focused on other things besides food.  I'll be getting to the gym later this afternoon.  My food so far:
Breakfast - eggnog protein drink
Lunch - 1/2 ham and cheese sand. on l.c. bread
Snack - veggies?
Dinner - roasted chicken w/veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert
