Good morning!
Looks a bit gloomy out today.  I'm working out later today with 30 min. of cardio and then some weights.  My food plan:
Breakfast - eggs w/1 slice of l.c. bread
Lunch - turkey and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/fage dip
Dinner - pepper steak w/veggies
Snack - pumpkin dessert

I ran around all day and evening and when I finally logged my food I was around 2000 calories again.  Hopefully tomorrow will go better.  Just me
