Hey look there's 3 of us! I can feel that there are more of us BOTTing along together. Deb, I remember when my daughter took gymnastics and dancing as a little girl....so much fun! I have a baby grandson that is learning to roll over this week.
Food is doing ok but still lacking motivation to get my butt to the gym. I have every excuse in the world because I am "so busy" (really just lazy). Hopefully this afternoon...
Breakfast: Eggbeater sandwich
Snack: cheap soup and grapefruit
Lunch: turkey, green pepper, brown and wild rice and spaghetti sauce
Snack: cheap soup, tortilla chips and reduced fat cheese
Dinner: tillapia and asparagus
Snack: pear and cherries sauteed in ginger (this was soooo good)

Have a good weekend....Just me
It is cheap and it is soup.
Broth from a can, cube or homemade (cheap) and dried basil or whatever spices you like.
Add a whole stalk of celery which is cleaned and quickly chopped...leaves and all. (cheap). Coo****il tender.
I stop cooking at this point so the frozen veggies can cool the soup.
Add canned tomatoes with chilies from Walmart Rotel brand (cheap)
Add frozen mixed vegetables (I aim for low starch and cheap)
Add frozen pepper and onion stir fry (not real cheap but flavorful and fast)
This makes a huge pot that I eat whenever I get hungry. It is packed with vitamins. My husband loves it too. We micro a cup at a time. It seems to last a long time probably because of the salt, acidity and chili peppers from the tomatoes.
I also have to keep track because I definitely eat less when I know I am going to post it. I think the rough plan in the morning is helping me too. Have a great weekend.
