Thursday - Cafe and Cardio

Good morning,
I'm heading out the door for a full day of activities.  I'll be working out later this afternoon, 30 min. of elliptical and 30 min. of treadmill.  My meal plan:
Breafast - fage
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - salad w/chicken
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - fage

Hi Deb and everyone-

I read your post from yesterday and if I were you I wouldn't change what you are doing. I don't think the fat % is a problem because you eat so little. As long as we and the others get our 40 lbs. off, who cares how we get there. I can tell you are very determined, as am I. I need to get my butt to the gym though. Usually I take off Thursday and Sunday but we cooked a huge dinner for about 300 people last Saturday and I missed a lot of gym time last week.

Breakfast: blueberry topped waffles
Snack: cheap soup and grapefruit brulee
Lunch: spinach and tomato salad, smoked turkey and fat free pepper jack cheese warmed on a multi grain sandwich thin.
Snack: cheap soup and chicken spinach and asiago cheese sausage.
Dinner: grass fed beef, yam and walnuts with sugar free syrup
Snack: cheap soup; chicken, spinach and asiago cheese sausage; pear and cherry sauted in ginger

I logged my food on OH health tracker and was 1400 cal. 49% carbs, 20% fat and 31% protein.
