Wednesday Cafe & Cardio
I have logged my food on OH health tracker. I ended up 1461 calories with around 53% carbs, 16% fat and 31% protein which according to the U of Wash. is a high protein diet.
Breakfast- whole grain sandwich thin with warm turkey pastrami and fat free cheese melted on top
Snack- 1/2 whole grain sandwich thin and Progresso light veggie soup
Lunch- chicken asiago and spinach sausage, whole grain sandwich thin and Progresso light veggie soup
Snack- sugar free and fat free cheesecake with walnuts
Dinner- pork tenderloin, spinach and tomato salad
Snack- baked apple, sandwich thin, fat free cheese, tomato and spinach, and turkey pastrami. I am determined to get to a normal BMI rather than gaining weight this holiday season! Just me

Just me,
Your numbers are interesting. I just put my foods into my BodyBugg program and came up with approx. 1104 cal. 33% protein, 44% fat and 23% in carbs. My menu changed from posting earlier. I'm concerned that my fats are too high. It's so hard trying to keep everything balanced. I'm sticking to my guns on getting this extra 40 lbs. off!
Keep on BOTTing!
