Tuesday Cardio - Cafe

Good morning!
I had a great day yesterday with eating and working out!  Today is yoga this morning and cardio later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - fage
Snack - 1/2 c. protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese rolls
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - meatballs w/ricotta bake
Snack - pumpkin squares

Hi Deb-your shopping trip sounded like a lot of fun!  I love Gurnee Mills although I don't get there as often as I'd like. 

I planned and logged my food and ate under 1300 calories today.  I ate veggies and protien to get a few calories cut back.  Good luck tomorrow.  Just me
