Yesterday was really rough for me. Thanks for the support. I read several articles about calories not being the same. I was especially taken by the U of Washington. I have always wondered what a high protein diet consists of...20% fat, 30% protein and still 50 % carbs is what they said. In actuality I ate under 1500 calories and not particularly planned. I skipped the wine last night which on a Friday after cooking and baking for the dinner this weekend I would normally come home and have a glass before bed. I did eat a piece of pizza while cooking. It has been years since I ate pizza.
Breakfast: egg beater sandwich
Lunch: brown rice and turkey
Snack: baked potato and 1 oz. mozzarella cheese
Supper: chicken, pizza
Snack: veggie soup
