B - Spinach/PepperJack Cheese Omelet (Egg Beaters)
S - Dannon Yogurt LF Peach
L - Kay's 5DPT Ham w/Split Pea Soup
S - Chocolate Protein Shake
D - Grilled Tilapia w/Sauteed Spinach in Olive Oil

Glad you're here Dreamgirl. I plan on being a regular from now on. Today I hula danced...I don't look like a hula girl though!
I am logging my food on the OH health tracker but here are the basics:
Breakfast: Egg beater sandwich
Snack: sf cocoa and cheap soup
Lunch: salad in a baked tortilla bowl with chicken and low fat cheese
Snack: apple, sf cocoa and cheap soup
Dinner: chicken asiago cheese sausage and asparagus
Snack: cheap soup, fruit and wine
That is around 1500 calories. Have a good day, Just me
