It is the end of day 15 of trying to get BOTT. I have had good and bad days but I keep chugging along none the less. Today I started off trying to follow a 1200 calorie diabetic diet. I ended up with 1525 calories and more protein than I am supposed to eat as a diabetic. I am only supposed to eat 4 oz. of meat and I really did try but the hunger was overwhelming. I think that 1500 calories is the best I can do. I hope you had a great day. Just me
